Associate Professor in Cell Physiology

At the Institute for Molecular Biology and Physiology, The August Krogh Building, a position as associate professor in cell physiology is open to appointment from August 1st 2006. The successful candidate will be associated with the group at Laboratory for Cellular Physiology working with the characterisation of the skeletal muscle ion homeostasis, metabolism and protein synthesis. The candidate must have experience with characterisation / regulation of genexpression of metabolic genes in skeletal muscle and use of human and animal models.
