Institut Francais de Recherche pour l’Exploitation de la Mer, 1400 people, in and Overseas, we recruit for the Department of Deep-Sea Ecosystem Studies of our “Deep Environment” Laboratory in Brest : Experienced researcher in marine ecology , Tenure trackposition , You interact with our interdisciplinary group and establish and maintain innovative research programs on benthic deep-sea biodiversity in the framework of national and international programs. You are an outstanding scientist with interest to join an interdisciplinary group working on deep-sea benthic ecology. You must have a strong scientific background, PhD and post-doc experience, and be able to demonstrate an excellent track record of independent research in marine ecology or biological oceanography including high-quality peer-reviewed publications. Moreover, you should have specific skills in modern and classical taxonomy, biodiversity theory and biostatistics.
